This is a voluntary promise on top of your legal rights. It does not replace or limit them.
How to ask for a refund
- Email [email protected].
- Use the email address you bought with and include your order number from the receipt.
- I confirm the refund and arrange it with Lemon Squeezy.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money usually shows up within a few days and sometimes takes longer.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, if you expressly agreed to this and confirmed that you lose the right. Lemon Squeezy asks for this at checkout. Because of my guarantee above, you can still ask for your money back within the guarantee period.
Problems with the file
If the download does not work, the PDF will not open or something is missing, write to me and I will send you a working copy. See also the Terms of Sale.
